The Public House Is a building that will provide a flat reduction in discontent while staffed.
There can only be one in the city. Unlike other discontent buildings, the public house does not have a zone of effect, i.e. it will affect every citizen regardless of distance.
Unlocking[edit | edit source]
The Public House is unlocked by signing the Public House law in adaptation.
Technology[edit | edit source]
- House of pleasure Law - Increases max exmployees by 5 and provides a discontent reduction.
- Moonshine Law - UNSURE an active public house may be necessary to receive the benefits.
- Can use Heaters
