The Administration is a unique building which only appears in On the Edge or Endless Mode with settlements enabled. Using the building allows you to communicate with other settlements, make requests, and send shipments.
In On the Edge[edit | edit source]
The Administration becomes available once the steel wreckage blocking the Army Depot is cleared. It must be built touching the center of the outpost. Once The inital tasks are completed, New London will send 10 clerks to staff the administration. The player will later send the clerks back to New London later in the story/
Gameplay wise the clerks do not serve any function outside of narrative as the administration will function without any staffing.
In Endless Mode[edit | edit source]
The Administration is available to construct from the start and can be placed anywhere in the city, although it will not have a purpose until a settlement is contacted after the first storm.
